THE COUNTRY CLUB
The Country Club is accessed from the East where the guests are greeted by the large fountain in front of the grand spanish clubhouse. Ample parking is provided in the main car park or overflow parking on the road towards the party venue.

Service vehicles have a separate access to the clubhouse at the southern end.

The clubhouse overlooks the pool and lazy river where a sting of cottages separate this zone from the 9 hole par 3 golf course. The spa site to the north of the pool and lazy river on an elevated terrace.

The golf course is accessed via a gap between the cottages, into the reception at the driving range building.
​
On some occasions, the golf course will be closed and the driving range will be opened. this hybrid model saves space and gives the guest a different experience.
​
The party venue is situated in the south west corner of the site with parking surrounding two side of the building. the main entrance is to the north east of the building separating any VIP arrivals from the parking area.

Guests arriving by car can be dropped off under cover and are greeted in the magnificent triple height lobby.

​The ground floor of the clubhouse holds a grand entrance lobby, games room, restaurant and a bar and private dining room to the west. In the northern wing, a gym is provided along with changing rooms for the golf course and pool. In the northern end of the building a function room with stage and vehicular access is provided.

The first floor of the clubhouse holds 13 King bedrooms and one Family Suite with two bedrooms and a lounge. Also on the first floor, we have a further lounge bar with access to a covered terrace. The plan shows two golf simulators although this area could be set aside for any function that the operator requires.

COTTAGES INFO
The Arka Grand Suites are detached cottages situated around the pool and golf course, ensuring premium views, privacy and luxury unrivalled in the region. Each Suite has its own dressing room, bathroom (with separate WC), lounge area and twin king beds for ultimate comfort.
The Arka Grand Royal Suites are twice the size of the standard suites and allow a family to share two units with an interconnecting door. For flexibility, it is also possible to set up this building as a bedroom and lounge.

DRIVING RANGE
The driving range building offers 13 hitting bays on the ground floor as well as a club fit / swing analyser room. A teaching room could also be available for private functions. A shop and cafe provides a welcoming reception to all guests.
On the first floor, 15 further hitting bays (covered, outdoor) provide an outdoor golfing experience with a first floor artificial putting green and lounge areas.
All bays benefit from soft furnishings, more space for social events and ball tracking equipment to gamify the experience.
